Welcome to the Sporthorse Barn at Kelleytown Stables where good horses, good people, and great rides come together! Whether you're looking for a trusted place to board your horse, sharpen your skills in the saddle, or bring a young prospect along, you'll find a home here with us. Rooted in Southern hospitality and a true love of the sport, we specialize in eventing and creating a community where horses and riders can grow, compete, and enjoy the journey.
At Kelleytown Stables, we treat every horse like one of our own. Our full-service boarding ensures that both you and your horse have everything you need to feel right at home.
Full Board — $800/month
- 12x12 matted stalls with fresh water
- Two indoor wash racks
- Two climate-controlled tack rooms
- Premium feed stored in a climate-controlled feed room
- Feeding and cleaning twice daily
- Rotational turnout in grassy pastures
- Small dry lots available for rehabilitation
- Outdoor river sand arena with jumps and lights
- Acres upon acres of fields and wooded trails
- Fly spray and fly gear application during the summer months
- Blanketing in the winter
- Trailer parking available on-site
- Holding for farrier/vet/bodyworker/etc.

Lessons
Whether you're just starting out or aiming for your next show season, we have a place for you in the Kelleytown family. Lessons are available for riders age 6 and up, and no, you don't have to own your own horse to join us — we have a wonderful group of lesson horses ready to help you learn and grow.
Our program is eventing-focused, but we believe in building well-rounded, confident horsemen and horsewomen first. We also love to get off the farm! Kelleytown riders frequently attend local schooling shows, clinics, and outings, with plenty of opportunities to dip your toe into the show ring if you're ready.

Training
Every horse has their own story, and at Kelleytown, we believe in meeting them right where they are.
We offer 30-, 60-, and 90-day training options, customized to fit each horse’s needs. Our program is a great fit for young horses getting their start, thoroughbreds transitioning into new careers, and horses coming back into work after time off. We focus on building confidence, good basics, and a strong partnership.
Training at Kelleytown is always personalized. We specialize in thoroughbred restarts and take pride in creating thoughtful, low-stress programs that set horses up for long-term success.
Because every horse and situation is a little different, pricing is flexible. If you are interested in training, we would love to hear more about your horse and talk through a plan that fits your goals.
